Stay in a house up on a hillside with spectacular panoramic views of Kinsale's magnificent inner and outer harbour. You'll have a quiet peaceful double room with ensuite and shower, and can stroll to the town centre in under 15 minutes. You'll experience wonderful views of the historical Charles Fort, will see every boat entering and leaving Kinsale harbour and look out over one of Kinsale's truly picturesque marinas. Our views are closer and more expansive than the picture above suggests!
Our home is spacious, comfortable, warm and bright and you are welcome to come and stay! To maximise the views it's an 'upside down' house. All our bedrooms, including the bedroom listed, are downstairs on the ground floor.

We live in the open living space upstairs and you are welcome to sit in the lounge anytime. You are welcome to a cup of tea or coffee in our kitchen at any time too. The booking is room only - however I always have muesli & porridge in the cupboard & you are most welcome to have that & some fruit tea and coffee in the morning . Just ask and I will set it out for you. In my experience many people like to go to one of the interesting cafes in town for breakfast or brunch instead - Kinsale is after all the gourmet capital of Ireland!
