Chipmunk Chase is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that accommodates up to 8 people and is just the right size for a cozy getaway or a family retreat. This cabin features a beautiful wood interior including white pine vaulted ceilings and large windows that offer tons of natural light to let the mountain landscape and sunsets shine through.

The main floor includes a sleeper sofa and fireplace where you can curl up and get cozy while watching a movie or sports game on the flat screen TV. There are also a variety of board games in the coffee table to engage in some family fun. Cable TV is available on all TVs as well as WiFi internet.

The main floor bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed, flat screen TV and on-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Don't forget to relax in the jacuzzi tub! The second floor bedroom has two queen beds and a second on-suite bathroom with tub and shower. It's a perfect getaway for the kids with a newly mounted 47" TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii. The loft holds the pool table and TV and is open to the living room below.

A fully equipped kitchen with its refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffeemaker will make you feel right at home. Grill masters are encouraged to use the charcoal grill located right off the front porch! A washer and dryer are also located on the main floor for your convenience on long stays. Towels and linens are provided along with the basic kitchen necessities.

Relax in the rocking chairs on the front deck or the new porch swing in the back, have dinner on the new picnic on the back deck (made by a Sevierville local!), enjoy the loft for a game of pool, take a dip in the hot tub on the back deck and don't forget to enjoy the outdoor resort swimming pool! Venture out to downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and check out Cade's Cove in the Smoky Mountain National Park! Local shops, pizza delivery, and gas station located just 1 mile down the road. Dollywood, Splash Country, The Island, and Tanger Outlet are just minutes away, as well as grocery store and restaurants and Wears Farm Park & Playground.

No need to check into a resort office! You will be emailed your personal access code and can go directly to the cabin at your convenience.

We are located in Knoxville so if guests do need to communicate, we are available.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE CABIN. Please respect our cabins and the guests who will be at the cabin following your departure. You may smoke outdoors on the deck where buckets are provided for cigarette butts. Please do not throw butts off the deck or in the parking area. Again, we ask for your respect and mindfulness toward fire safety. If smoke is detected by our housekeeping staff, we will notify you immediately and if remediation is required any costs will be charged to you.

EXCEEDING THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS GROUNDS FOR EVICTION. If we find that there are more people at the property that listed on your rental inquiry and/or it exceeds our maximum occupancy, you risk being evicted by the Sevier County Sheriff. Please contact us if you plan to have visitors overnight. Guest visits are permitted as long as the occupancy of the cabin is not exceeded and parking spaces are available.

WHAT IS PROVIDED: Your rental includes the set up of the house with towels and bed linens. There's a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We provide hand soap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.

WATER OR ELECTRICITY OUTAGES: If basic utilities such as water or electricity experience a lengthy outage of more than eight (8) hours, we will attempt to move your party to another cabin, if available. If the outage continues or we are unable to provide alternate accommodations, we will refund the portion of your stay that is impacted by the outage. These situations are rare but we want you to know that we will do everything possible to address the outage promptly with your comfort and safety in mind.

CABLE TV & WIFI: The property offers Xfinity Internet Blast and Xfinity Premier Double Play cable with over 200 channels. If there is an outage beyond our control, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made. We will do our best to expedite any service calls, if necessary, and replace routers or cable boxes promptly if our equipment should fail.

DO NOT DISCONNECT OR MOVE any devices in the cabins. These devices control the wireless locks, internet, etc. Unplugging these devices will cause the wireless locks to not function correctly.

NOTIFICATION OF OWNER: If you find that something is not operating correctly, appears damaged or needs housekeeping attention, you agree to notify us of the situation promptly. We will make every attempt to repair or correct the situation as promptly as possible, depending on the nature of the situation.

We require the responsible party who signs the lease to be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking. We do not accept rentals made by parents on behalf of their children under the age of 21. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of lodging payment(s) and the party will not be permitted to check-in or evicted if already at the property.
GUEST agrees to indemnify and save LESSOR harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the leased premises by the GUEST, tenants, or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premises.

You are solely responsible for all personal items brought to the property. Please secure valuables while you are gone by placing them out of view, locking all windows and entry doors, etc. Our property insurance will not cover items brought into the cabin by outside parties. When you are away from the cabin, check that all doors and windows are locked. We recommend that electronics and valuables are not left out in view.

Guests agree to abide by community rules and not to cause nuisance to any neighbors by their actions, noise, pets or other. You risk being evicted if neighbors call the police to complain about nuisances. Remember that there are permanent residents living in the area and you must respect their rights. House parties are NOT permitted and will be cause for immediate eviction.

If you have a noise complaint, please call the local police (911). As we do not own or manage the units adjacent to the cabin, we do not have means to contact guests at other cabins. However, please also let us know if you do have a complaint and we will do our best to reach out to those cabin owners to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

We understand that "things happen" and do make allowances for minor damages. However more extensive damages cannot be overlooked. Damage to the property by guests will be charged according to the cost of repairs.
Please respect our property.

Please remember there are certain health risks that are associated with using a jacuzzi or hot tub. Hot tubs should not be used if you are pregnant or have a health condition where extended periods in hot water may be not safe. Children must be supervised at all times and never left unattended in the hot tub. Jewelry may become discolored from the hot tub chemicals.
Hot tubs are drained, cleaned and refilled after each guest stay. The bromine floater in the hot tub should provide the proper amount of chemicals to maintain water quality. If you request that the hot tub is drained and refilled DURING your stay, you agree to directly pay the housekeepers $25.00 for their service call.
Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS, they will break and you will be charged for replacement. A replacement hot tub cover costs $300. If the cover has been damaged during your stay, you will be charged the full amount. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so the hot tub will stay warm and debris will stay out.
Do not use bubble bath, soap or similar products in the hot tub or you may incur a fee for additional hot tub cleaning service, as the residue can be time-consuming to clean from the lines. Please shower before using the hot tub if you have used tanning oils or body lotions as these will impact the water quality and may damage the motor. Never allow pets to enter the hot tub. A MINIMUM FEE OF $500.00 will be charged if BUBBLES, BATH OILS, OR ANY OTHER FOREIGN SUBSTANCE is used in the hot tub.

Prior to check-in, you will receive an email with your personal access code that will expire at 11:00AM on the day you check out.
Early check-in is typically NOT available during peak seasons or holidays. During non-peak season, your cabin may be ready earlier than 3:00 and you are welcome to text or call the day of your arrival to check status of the cabin.
Please text or call the property manager at to report any damages that are found upon your arrival.
If you have any emergency during non-business hours please call. Leave your name, number, and issue that you are having. We will return your call promptly.
PLEASE NOTE that light bulbs, hot tub problems, broken appliances are not considered an after-hours emergency. These items can be dealt with during normal business hours.
Fireplaces are not to be used April-September.
Please do not move the furniture. This can cause the furniture to break, carpet to rip, or floor to scratch.
A minimal supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags will be provided. Extra linens and blankets for pullout sofas and chairs are located in bedroom closets. Extra towels and laundry detergent will not be provided. If you feel that you will need more than provided we suggest that you bring your own supply. If you are booking an extended stay, please come prepared with extra towels or laundry detergent.

Check-out is at 10:00AM. Your personal key code will be removed at 11:00AM on the day of departure. If the cabin is not booked the same night as your departure, a late departure is available for an additional $25. If you would like a late departure, please text or call the property manager.
Souvenirs are available for purchase. Bear Back Packs are $17 each. Please send an email through VRBO or text manager to notify management of the purchase. An additional payment request will be sent. If you decide to take a souvenir but forget to notify management, housekeeping will make note to deduct from your damage deposit
All dishes and cookware should be washed, dried and returned to the cupboards. Refrigerator should be emptied and wiped clean.
BAG ALL TRASH! Please leave garbage inside garbage bins on front porch. Do not leave trash out as it will be taken as an invitation for wildlife or pests. If trash is left unbagged or in cabin, $25 fee will be deducted from damage deposit.
If your stay is between October-March please set the thermostat on 65. If your stay is between April-September please set the thermostat on 78. Leave fan in the Auto position.
Please set hot tub temperature to 80 degrees.
Before your departure, place all dirty towels in bathtub.
Lock front door and back door on your way out. If door is found unlocked after your departure, you will be charged a minimum of $50.
If you believe you have left an item behind, contact the property manager as soon as possible so we can have housekeeping search for your item. If they have to make a special trip, there will be a $20 service call fee plus the cost to ship the item back.

My family of five had a great stay! The cabin was very nice, clean and exactly what was presented. My kids loved the loft area and playing the Wii in the second bedroom. The location of the cabin is very convenient to attractions, restaurants and stores. I sent Arika a message during our stay and her response was almost immediate! I highly recommend Chipmunk Chase!

This cabin was amazing. We could've stayed in and never explored the city, we loved it so much. It was helpful that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was a short distance away. We plan to return before 2018.

We had so much fun getting snowed in for the weekend in this beautiful cabin. Gorgeous scenery, tucked away in the mountains, and very close to groceries and tourist attractions if you want them. Great hosts and very accommodating, will definitely be back!
