Kid friendly home with large private backyard!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just a short walk to pickle ball/ tennis courts and a playground! This open concept home boasts of a recently remodeled kitchen with state of the art appliances. Tucked away in a culdasac within a quiet neighborhood (with sidewalks!) this home serves as a retreat away from the hustle and noise. This home is particularly well suited for families with young children as we have lots of toys and a fenced in backyard with a new swing set!

Charming 2bd/1ba cottage 4.3 miles to the Augusta National Golf Course and 1 mile to Augusta University. Walking distance to Midtown Tavern and Buona Cafe Artisan Coffee. One king bed, 1 queen bed + sofa bed. The large fenced, gated back yard is private and a great space to enjoy the outdoors next to the fire pit. There is a quaint little block of restaurants and shops less than two miles that include Sheehan's Irish Pub, Arsenal Tap Room, Beck’s and Wesley Cadle. You will love this place!

Amazing downtown cottage!

This home just feels good to be inside! Nice open concept good size living area and dining with kitchen. Our beautiful cottage with exposed brick, Brazilian cherry wood floors is centrally located to many of North Augusta retail / restaurants and RIGHT ON THE GREENWAY trail (extension). Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You can walk / bike/ run for miles with no lights and private paved paths! Nice restaurants less than 1/2 mile way!
