Located only minutes from Downtown Dallas and less than 10 minutes from the Potters House. The room has two queen size beds, desk, television w/cable and WiFi. Room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker, crock pot and electric skillet. Printer is available for less than 10 sheets at $1 per page. No smoking on property and no pets allowed.

The door is keyless entry/code pad. The apartment has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen bed in other room & a fold down futon couch.

From the large backyard, you can hear the music playing at the festivals throughout the year as well as sit and enjoy the squirrels antics.
