This private guesthouse is situated on 10 acres less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellville and just 5 miles off I-71. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 3BR home. You’ll have dining and shopping options nearby, a short trip to: Snow Trails, Reformatory, fairgrounds , historic carousel, city parks, & Mid-Ohio Speedway. Pets welcome with fee. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.
