Come to the country where you can watch the wildlife and see amazing sunsets. Plenty of attractions biking, hiking and kayaking. The home has been completely remodeled . Enjoy the spacious open concept family room that meets the kitchen, or the large living room for quiet comfort. Four bedrooms, and a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Need a spacious home for a large family? Pattonia is a great place with plenty to do in and out of the home. There are multiple locations to spread out including a pool table/ping pong room with darts, foosball and air hockey. Multiple TVs and beds to sleep up to 13 people. There is a deck and fire pit in the fenced in backyard. And its close to places like Rock Run (4 miles), Prince Gallitzin Park (9 mi) and Horseshoe Curve (16 mi.). Sorry, no cats but dogs may be approved prior to any stay.

Walking distance to a cove at Raystown Lake and 1 mile from the entrance to Seven Points Recreation Area make this the perfect location. The recreation area has a beach, boat launch, marina, boat rentals etc. Ask about a tour of the deer farm and kayak rentals. The beautiful scenery with a secluded campsite is a rare find. Tent site for a small additional fee.
