Dit bijzondere appartement ligt in de pittoreske haven van Pythagorion. Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

You will enjoy the 70m2 green garden!!! Located 2' minutes' walk from port, the central market street, beach "Tarsanas" and Lycurgus Tower Museum. Short walks up to 1500m the Archaeological Museum of Pythagoreion, the Engineering Miracle "Tunnel of Eupalinos" 540BC and the "Monastery of Panagias Spilianis".
