Fully remodeled in 2023 LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access to Lake Erie. Lake viewable from Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Mar-2023 all New Windows, Bathroom doubled (2x) in size, new 12K AC. 2021-Hickory hardwood floors,, shower, hot water heater, oven, kitchen table/chairs, king size mattress, sofa-bed, BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided. Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Schoolhouse Rocks! Experience Childhood Again!

Welcome to the No. 8 Schoolhouse! This converted school was originally built by artist, Ronald Garrett as an artist retreat. 2024 brought many changes to the Schoolhouse retreat. Owners, Michael and Christina decided the Schoolhouse deserved a revamp. And revamp they did! They remodeled top to bottom while also redesigning to give their guests a funky experience! It's one of a kind. You'll never see another like it!

Sweet Solitude

A tiny cabin in the woods! Winter is coming on. Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
