Beachfront Condo With Private Rooftop Terrace

Take in sweeping ocean and sunset views from the 3rd floor of this corner property, with even better vistas to be had from the wicker chairs on the terrace. After a dip in the pool, rinse off under the rain shower in a twin-vanity bathroom. Direct oceanfront with great surfing right in front and located in the center of Jaco where you can easily walk to all of Jaco's shops and restaurants. Please no party groups and strict no guest policy. We have local discounts to all of the area tours and activities and can also recommend Jaco's best restaurants. Rent a surfboard and organize a lesson from the sands right in front of the property. Catch the big breakers here, or opt for some easier waves to the south. Walk into town to find a good selection of places in which to eat, drink, or shop. Taxi's into town are just $2-3, or you can easily walk/bycycle. No guest policy, maximum 4 people.

Breezy secluded beautiful apt. with a large deck with WIDE ocean view 50 m (yards) from the beach: nothing but palm trees in between. No need to leave your porch at sunset. Unique to this part of the beach are daily breezes, and the apartment has giant screened windows. The waves are gentle: perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. Within 100 yards is Sol y Mar, where managers can assist with travel advice, and they are open year-round for food, drink and opportunity to socialize if you please.

Casa Luna- Oceanfront 2 Story Villa at Amor de Mar

My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

Ocean Front Studio Apartment ON THE BEACH with AC!

Wake up and step onto the beach! This is a real, Costa Rican experience, including wildlife (which can start very early in the morning:). Enjoy meeting locals, playing in ocean waves, and seeing iguanas and howler monkeys. Villa Margarita is a place unlike any other. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.

At the beach you can look for sloths, lizards, parrots, & more. The pools are amazing! The condo is located 19 miles from Jaco & 21 miles from beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. There is a supermarket & numerous restaurants across the street from the gated community. 1 designated parking spot. Internet 250 Mbps

This apartment is located in the small and unique town of Islita. It is very private and secluded. It is located on the back of the property under our house. It has views of the river and forest. The river flows June to Dec. and is a major bonus! It is a 3 min. drive to the tranquillo Islita beach. The space is newly built and is clean, comfortable, safe and organized. You have all the necessities for your stay. Coffee, stove, towels, bedding, and we have reliable internet & TV.
