It is in a quiet and peaceful spot in the natural park of Mount Subasio at approx. 15 mins drive from the medieval town of Assisi , Unesco World Heritage site . La mandriola è la nostra dependance, un vero nido accogliente e affascinante, ristrutturata ed arredata in stile rustico umbro-toscano. Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!

Casa Gialla, Cortona-sunsets in the olive grove

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene place. Listen to the sounds of church bells and birds in the olive grove. If you like a good walk you can walk up the hill to Cortona (you need to be pretty fit though!) or drive up, park in the free car park in town and walk back, the sunsets are breathtaking. The road to the house is a "strada bianca" a white road, although it's a narrow country road, all types of cars will be able to drive to the house.

Rural house, located among Umbria, Tuscany and Latium, in a very interesting area. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but really close to the village and only few km from historical towns, thermal baths, typical villages (Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo, Bomarzo, Pitigliano, Perugia...). From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.
