Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Big & Cozy House in lovely small agriturismo

We are a caring, family run, small (2 house), artistic, peaceful agriturismo nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Garfagnana with beautiful mountain views. You can stay here and enjoy countless possibilities that nature offers us...within walking distance from 10th c. historic church, river, forest hikes, train station, main road-S.R. 445 connecting Lucca & Aulla. There is a lovely pool, vegetarian restaurant ~ where we cook healthy, organic meals & have yoga classes & a children's playground.

Vicino al paese medievale Sillico, nel nostro Agriturismo, l'appartamento "Fienile" si sviluppa su un unico piano ampio e ben accessibile. Immerso nella natura, si affaccia su un panorama mozzafiato, per godere di una vacanza all'insegna dello svago e del riposo, tra camminate nei sentieri intorno e relax nella piscina a sfioro. Ideale per coppie e per famiglie con bambini. Presenti parcheggio privato, wifi gratuito, spazio privato esterno, lavanderia, parco giochi e animali della fattoria.

L' Alloro.

Casa di campagna storica dell' anno 1864, 3 camere da letto matrimoniali (una di passaggio), salotto, cucina attrezzata, terrazza con vista stupenda. Prato con sdraio, amache tra gli ulivi. Lasciata l'auto sulla strada, in 3 minuti a piedi su un sentiero/mulattiera con scalini si arriva alla casa a Borgo Morotti, poche case a 400mt di altezza, dove sarete immersi nella natura lontano da auto e rumori di città ma a 30 minuti d'auto dal mare, 60 minuti da Pisa, Lucca, Le cinque Terre.

Family friendly Farmhouse Laura - pool

Agriturismo family friendly! The once farmhouse has just been restored, sunny and spacious, with a large garden and swimming pool for our guests. It offers 4 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchens wi-fi, parking on premises. Great place for kids and for nature lovers, within the National Park of Appennines. Romantic stay where Tuscany meets the sky!

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Welcome where Tuscany meets the sky!
