We call it a cottage, but it's [now] a super well-built house with 100+ acres of fields, pond and trails to explore! An Ontario Parks summer pass is included for your use. When you book you'll see that HST is added to your nightly rate and cleaning fee, and a Municipal Accommodations Tax is added to your nightly rate only. Stays longer than 29 days are exempt from both of these taxes.

Welcome to our Warren farm property in beautiful Prince Edward County. Our century farmhouse is located 4 minutes from Picton and is right in the heart of the County. Your private suite has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, sunroom and living room space with wood stove. Explore breweries, wineries and Sandbanks park just a short drive away. Sandbanks Park is approx 20 minutes away and we will share a park day pass with our guests during their stay.
