Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Das kleine Studio liegt im gartenseitigen Souterrain eines schönen Holz-Hybridbaus, zentral in Berlin-Friedrichshain, zwischen der U5 Samariterstraße und den S-Bahnstationen Frankfurter Allee und Ostkreuz, nahe Boxhagener Platz. Das Zimmer zeigt nach Süden zu einer ruhigen kleinen Terrasse unterm Feigenbaum, im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter mit Fussbodenheizung. Es hat ein eigenes Duschbad und Eingang, keine Küche, aber eine Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Backofen.

Das exklusive Loft direkt am Spreeufer im hippen Kreuzberg befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Marmeladenfabrik. Direkt am Spreeufer gelegen besticht es durch den direkten Wasserblick. Auf den geräumigen Balkonen in der 5. Etage genießt ihr einzigartige Berliner Sonnenauf-und Untergänge. Der Ausblick auf die East-Side-Gallery und die Oberbaum-Brücke ist einzigartig. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Guest room in a newly restored Berlin apartment in a historic building, with its own private garden. It was extensively renovated in 2023/24 to serve as a guest apartment and office for the hosts. It is fully equipped and located in Prenzlauer Berg, adjacent to Mitte, behind the “Soho House.” Kitchen/dining area, bathroom, and living room are available to our guests.
