The pool with a total area of ​​45 m² is heated. Air conditioning is located in the living room while the bedrooms are equipped with built-in ceiling fans and televisions. In the courtyard of the villa there is enough space for parking 2 to 3 cars, however the access road to the courtyard is narrow, so if a larger car such as a VAN is coming, we offer a parking solution at the beginning of the street. An interesting place that we recommend visiting is the 2.5 km long Stations of the Cross, which begins in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The Stations of the Cross have 14 stations and end at 200 m above sea level, where there is a viewpoint with a view of the Novigrad Sea and the Velebit mountain range.
