Additional to the queen beds in each of the bedrooms we do offer a full size queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. Due to the extra cleaning that is involved to ensure the house is spotless for the our next guests we due charge a $30 pet cleaning fee. The Red Rooster House is located at 52 Church St. in the Historic / Commercial district of downtown Saluda. With a short walk of 200 feet, you'll be on Main Street. We welcome non-smokers, guests without children, guests over 25 and guests traveling without pets. Our totally ground level apartment provides easy accessibility. Your private parking space is directly in front of the courtyard entrance. The host lives on the premises and will assist guests at any time.

There is no place like this charming getaway nestled on the back side of a barn with a nice deck to enjoy your evening glass of wine or morning sunrise with coffee in hand. Private entry to apartment with full kitchen, small eating area, living room, bathroom with stand up tile shower, and one bedroom with queen size bed. Located on a quiet road in a private subdivision. All the comforts' of home.The apartment is a basement apartment with its own ground floor entrance. Plenty of parking in front of the entrance to apartment. Clean, warm, comfortable and newly renovated. My husband and I are located upstairs.

Historic downtown Saluda is just one block from our guest apartment which is nestled in a garden setting in a pleasant neighborhood. Our location provides easy access to the town's shops and restaurants and to many activities and experiences in and around Saluda. The apartment accommodates 1 or 2 adults (one being the person booking the stay). Guests are met for check-in when they arrive and are given a key at that time.
