Bellavista Resort is located in the southern part of Durrës Bay, next to Brilliant, and Gloria Hotels by the left side and Supreme Hotel by the right side - half an hour from Mother Teresa Airport, 10 minutes from Durrës, one hour from Berat, and one hour from archaeological site of Apolonia. The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

This apartment is in the Currila area in Durres. It is a new building and nice furnished apartment. In the balcony you can enjoy the sea view having coffee or food. You'll be just a few steps away from the sea and you can choose the swimming pool beneath the building, facing the sea.* You have everything in the kitchen to prepare meals. There is a restaurant in front of the building. *The pool is not included in the price, not managed by us, & open June-August. In 2018 it averages 3.5 euros.

Ardi's Place

The apartment is located within a residential complex with direct access to the beach. Distance from Rinas Airport is circa 30km and from citi of Durres 12km. Is a great place for families with kids because is located only 50-60m from the beach and alongside the seaside are located more than a dozen bars and restaurants, mostly with playgrounds for kids and some of them have swimming pools also. The sand is fine and there are not big waves in the sea. Parking is free in the premises.

Dear future guest! We offer a newly built sea view apartment in Plazh, Golem Durres. It is located in the 4th floor of a building, 2 minutes walking distance from the sea. The flat which sleeps up to 4-5 people, is composed of 1 large bedroom (with a double bed and 2 portable beds), a kitchen & living room area. The apartment has one bathroom and a sunny spacious balcony with sea view. We are available for few days as well as for few months, depending on necessity.

Lovely and very new apartment( 80 square meters) with two balconies in Street 3 Vellezerit Thanasi 7, door nr 10. 2 floor. 2 minutes form the sea and the center.Very bright and spacious. There are kitchen well very well furnished, bathroom with shower, 1 king bad and a Big sofá, Very quite and clean.Very central near the stores, beach, supermarket, bar and restaurants.
