There is a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, with a dining table for 6. There is a balcony with a sea view, with a table for 4 persons, where you can enjoy any meal.

The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood. While you take your walk to the beach in the morning, the fresh aroma of the pine trees will wake you up. The beach is quite spacious, and many bars and restaurants offer they services. To take into consideration is that for good quality grocery shopping the nearest market is 2,3 km away; while the nearest bank ATM is 3 minutes on foot
