The apartment has a private underground garage space also. Tastefully decorated with a spacious light and airy feel . Ideally situated with a choice of many things to do and so close . 100m walk to the sea. 400m walk to the Port & Marina. Baviera Golf is very close by , just 2km drive from the apartment.

Som gäst har du full tillgång till pool, utedusch, solbäddar och parasoller som delas med resterande 7 lägenheter i huset. Matbutiker, restauranger och gym/padelbanor finns i området. Det tar ca 20 minuter att gå ner till stan och stranden, med bil/taxi tar det 5 minuter. Gratis parkering finns på gatan samt garage under huset. Busshållsplats för att ta den lokala bussen finns några minuter bort.

Newly refurbished modern tastefully decorated 4 bedroom apartment in a great location with communal pool open 15 June - 15 September. The apartment has WIFI English TV and Netflix. The property is very spacious and ground floor, all one level with great big patio with dining table and chill out sofas. It is in a quiet urbanisation and has a pharmacy and supermarket within 50m .Its really close to lots of bars, shops and restaurants. The beach is a close walk and has a big long promenade.

Adorable apartment with superb views.

Casa Sirena is 600m from Beznar lake. The Valle de Lecrin or ‘The valley of happiness’ is an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounding Beznar lake. The Valley is half way between Granada and the Costa Tropical. Lanjaron, the gateway to the Alpujarra, is a ten minute drive. One can explore Granada in the morning and be on the Costa Tropical by siesta time. Both are twenty five minutes drive away from Beznar. The Sierra Navada ski resort is a fifty minute drive.

South facing balcony with dining table and chairs overlooking the sea, pool and gardens, and sun loungers for resident’s use. Private spiral staircase down onto the garden with extensive lawns, flower beds and palm trees surrounding the communal swimming pool. The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen and 2nd bathroom as of December 2025.
