Enjoy chilling in the private pool and some sundowners overlooking the sea. This 275 square meter apartment with its private terrace is located on the 42nd floor in Jumeirah Beach Residence. The beach is a short walk away, and the area is fully of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not far from Bluewaters Island and the newly reopened Dubai Eye. It is easy to get around by foot, tram or taxi. Note that children should always be supervised while being on the terrace.
