A short drive in either direction sends you to Historic Edenton or sandy beaches of the OBX. The Lake House is perfect for families relaxing or even a business stay. Other events must be preapproved. Traveling to the OBX for vacation? Drive to Elizabeth City, get some much needed rest and only have a 45 minute drive to your vacation!

Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath 1500 sq ft home with central AC. Large private yard with deck, Bar B Que & well stocked galley style kitchen. 3 minutes to downtown waterfront, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, museums, breweries and nightlife. State U is right around the corner. Ten minutes from Sentara Hospital. Minutes to Coast Guard Base. Just a 45 minute drive to the Outer Banks or Virgina Beach. 35 minutes to H20BX Waterpark. We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.
