Loop de voordeur uit en je bent bij het strand. Zo simpel is het echt. Dit is geen hoogbouw met liften en honderden eenheden en bezoekers. Dit is een eenvoudig vakantie huis met een privéstrand. Het privéstrand wordt alleen met eigenaren en gasten van 6 eenheden gedeeld, dat is alles. De ervaring is die van eenvoudige rust.
