An amazing 30 ft. by 10ft. glass wall on the 16th floor. Fully furnished with upscale decorum. This place everything you need for a great vacation. Water views on both sides of the condo. We host families, friends, and honeymooners wanting to get away from the daily hustle and enjoy some majestic Gulf Of Mexico and the 11 mile " little lagoon " views. There is an abundance of sea life -dolphins, manatees, and stingrays to see. Walk to beach -deeded access- and take our cooler/ beach chairs.

A Great time at Seabreeze-Beach access, wifi, etc.

Amazing new floors, new paint and several new appliances in the kitchen. The condo has a beach view from the front windows / balcony. This 2 BR - 2 BA has a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The cleaning company leaves an extra set of sheets and quilt for the sleeper sofa. The condo complex has 2 elevators for your convenience. The complex also has a great pool with beach access across the street. We also have a gazebo for entertaining - to include 4 BBQ grills outside by the pool.

At the Beach with Water View !!

Fun and beachy 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with a gulf view. We sit directly across the street from beach and within walking distance to beach access. Complex has 2 pools and a grilling area. We are on beach Blvd and very close to all the attractions and walking distance to restaurants and some surf shops, etc. We love this condo and think you and your family will as well. Sleeps 6 but a max 4 adults. $25 one time parking fee that will be a digital QR code upon arrival.

Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.
