Within 10 minutes walking to the beach bars and restaurants of Pedregalejo (district within Malaga city) you will find this tastefully decorated villa with a large garden and a pool. The villa is suitable for 10 people, divided over 5 bedrooms and perfectly located for people that would like to explore the city (10 mins by taxi) and enjoy the beach. (10 mins by foot) The golf court is 5 minutes away by car and the taxi to Malaga airport is 20 minutes.

Stunning villa+XL whirlpool, 15min walk to beach!

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!
