Farm House near PW Mercantile and Skiatook Lake

Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Less than 30 minutes to Pioneer Woman or Skiatook Lake. This is an old style farmhouse that has an upstairs wrap-around porch accessible from three bedrooms. Plenty of opportunities for hiking or just finding a quiet place of respite. It's not uncommon to see deer and hear turkeys calling. Another option is fishing in our varied ponds - catch and release only. Cattle are grazing in the fields around the house. Come for a change of pace!

Once the sun comes up the ducks will chime in. The Bunny's usually don't talk much, however the dog may bark and the cat's might start a fight. Quiet and cozy stay 6.6 miles from Boone Pickens, 7 miles from downtown and the bus stop. We live on the property and will be chummy or invisible as you wish! We have one cat and a few kittens. Kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker for simple foods and the all important COFFEE to start your day. There is a brand new mini split to keep your perfect temperature and room darkening curtains for wonderful sleeping.
