Beautiful and private pool, with a new heater, compliments a 2 bath, single dwelling in a nice residential neighborhood in New Port Richey. Covered patio to relax beside the pool, surrounded by a privacy fence to create your own private oasis. Close to excellent downtown dining options and the river; close to beaches and lots of activities. The house can accommodate 8 guests, with a limit of 5 adults unless additional adults are approved. I love animals but do not allow pets.

Come enjoy this gorgeous Villa, completely renovated into a comfy cozy cottage atmosphere with lots of character. One bedroom with a king bed, it’s own full bath and large screen tv? Short and long terms welcome. Tons of restaurants nearby. A half hour in one direction takes you to Busch Gardens, an hour in the other takes you to Universal Studios, Disney World and Seaworld. The beach is about an hour west or enjoy sitting on the back patio where it is quiet and peaceful!
