Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η θέα που προσφέρει είναι μαγευτική! Οι εσωτερικοί χώροι είναι καθαροί και πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι με ότι χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης. Δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να κάνετε εκτός τα ατελείωτα μπάνια και την απόλυτη χαλάρωση στο μπαλκόνι και την αυλή του σπιτιού είναι πεζοπορία από ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μέχρι την γραφική Νταμούχαρη,ψάρεμα,βόλτες με τα πόδια στον Αη Γιάννη! The house is located 50 meters from Papa Nero beach in Pelion. It is recently renovated with a capacity of up to 5 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is comfortable and has a sofa that becomes a double bed, TV & Wi-Fi. The yard is spacious and has two areas to enjoy your breakfast under the shade of the trees. It has air conditioning. It is located next to the municipal Parking.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
