Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Collier House is a 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that accommodates 7 guests. We offer luxurious memory foam mattresses and premium bedding, WiFi , and parking to accomodate your ATV. We are happy to make special requests or accommodations. We are centrally located in Coalmont, TN only 5 minutes from the entrance of the OHV off road park. We are located only 15 minutes from the South Cumberland park trailheads and from The Caverns event venue. We are 1 hour away from Chattanooga.

Perfect retreat for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families wanting to unplug and reconnect with quality time, or anyone looking for a quiet place to work remotely.

Hemlock Cabin at Ranger Creek - Near Coalmont OHV

Room for trailer parking! Tranquility is defined...at The Cabins at Ranger Creek! The cabins are designed to be a cozy and comfortable retreat from the hustle of everyday life. Queen loft bedroom, modern bath, outfitted kitchen, and all you need to feel right at home. **There is a couch in the living room that can pull out, however we do not advise this as a sleeping arrangement for adults, as it is not the most comfortable option. (Just fine for the kids tho!)

The Bird House near Fall Creek Falls State Park

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. Special note: the house will be decorated for the holiday season!

Cozy Tiny Home w/large deck, hot tub and firepit

The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. Hike, bike, cave, kayak, fish, swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. Do it all, do absolutely nothing, or a little of both here at the Trail House. There is a second home on the same property you can rent listed as New Tiny Home in the Mountains. See the last picture.

Enjoy your stay in Dunlap in a quiet subdivision located just off highway 127. One mile from downtown Dunlap. You will find our home amazingly clean and well kept with all the comforts of home.
