La posizione centrale fa si che ogni punto d'interesse è raggiungibile a piedi, da Piazza Marina alla Cattedrale, passando per i Quattro Canti. Il grande salone ha un ingresso indipendente, bagno privato, una piccola cucina e un balcone che dà su via della Loggia; dispone di un letto matrimoniale su soppalco e di un divano letto.

The Palace is located inside the historic center, very close to the Massimo theater and the Cala (the promenade along the sea in the historic center).
