Het huis is een typisch landhuis, diep verscholen in de jungle. Gelegen in een uitgestrekte kokosnoot van 5 hectare aan de rivier, supari, mango, cashewboomgaard. Opnieuw uitgevonden om een aantal stadsbenodigdheden op te nemen - westerse toiletten, UPS-back-up, koelkast. Het interieur heeft een rustieke sfeer in oude stijl. De gasten kunnen de gehele woning reserveren voor hun gezinsvakanties. Geen minimum aantal gasten vereist. Het is een gezinswoning met 2 slaapkamers op de tuin en 2 kamers met oude zolders en een woonkamer.
