Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #017564) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

Read the reviews! This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown.
