This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. One of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool(open during summer)! Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Located in downtown Telluride, this ground floor condo sleeps 1-6 comfortably. Enjoy free off-street parking for one vehicle, take in the tranquil sounds of the gurgling San Miguel river steps from the front door. Convenient downtown location is a short walk or free bus to town and skiers will be pleased with the stones throw proximity to chair 7 and ticket office. Clean & Cozy Studio #00191

Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Easy walking distance to all of downtown Telluride and the free Gondola to Mountain Village. Compare this a Deluxe suite at any of the local Hotels and you can see there is way more value in staying here.
