Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Può essere effettuato, sotto richiesta dell’Ospite, un self check-in e dispone di una cassetta di sicurezza per chiavi con codice di fianco al portone d' ingresso. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
