Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

The private lakefront consists of 75' on the water, 100' of dock, very sandy bottom great for swimming, bon fire pit and much, much more. This listing is for 1/2 the duplex, ( 1 cottage ).

It's a 12 min drive to Roscommon and a 20 min drive to Houghten Lake, where you can find anything you need or want, including more beaches and water sports.
