Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

This new rental, 70 wooded acres behind the house with a half mile two-track along Muskegon river, for walking, snowshoeing, X country skiing, & running. Tubing, canoeing and kayaking on Muskegon River, just min away. The house is just 8 mi from Bike/ATV trails/ state land. Evart: includes Osceola Fair, Dulcimer and Spring Hill camp. This home is peaceful, built 2023 sleeps 6, 3 beds & pullout couch. Added a window air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a water softener this summer. Enjoy!

Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Modern cottage on the lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the relaxation on a private no wake lake with plenty of lake frontage and terrific views from the living room and front bedroom. The cottage has been almost completely remodeled. Amenities include wifi and smart TV. Both bedrooms feature new high quality queen mattresses. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the lakeside screen room. Soak in the sun laying out in a large lot or enjoy Kayaking on the water. Fishing here is great!

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
