Great transport links to the centre of the city, universities, airport and Media City. Tram and bus stops a short walk away, as are a great bars, restaurants, coffee shops and anything else you might need. In keeping with the neighbourhood we welcome guests from every race, religion, gender identity and sexuality.

You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.

Top (twelfth) floor apartment in gated building. Fully accessible with level entrance and powered gates and doors from street to lift to flat. Dishwasher, washer/drier. Amazing views of the city. Secure parking available for one vehicle. Ten minutes walk from huge swathes of Manchester centre. Bus stops outside for chorlton or Piccadilly. Deansgate train/tram is ten minutes away. As is Oxford road station. This is one of my homes and is not intended for parties.
