Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.

Kuća se nalazi na otoku Murteru u uvali Velika Doca, u kojoj se nalaze još dvije kućice, a restoran i kafići su udaljeni oko 900m. Kuća je udaljena 20m od mora i ima rivu i plažu.Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od kampa Kosirina). Kuća ima jednu sobu, kupaonicu, kuhinju i blagovaonicu te terasu i roštilj. Voda za tuširanje i kuhanje dolazi iz spremnika. Električna energija je 220 V. Vodu i električnu energiju potrebno je racionalno koristiti.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...
