This two story town house has two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen & 1 single roll away bed), 1 & 1/2 baths, balcony off master bedroom, covered patio out back and is equipped with everything you need. Duplex delight w/gators & coffee

Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. And finally enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing on the covered porch.

To the west is Huffman Vineyards, where they specialize in a family friendly experience, with the most amazing wines including chocolate. Also to the west is Mike’s Farm, a place the whole family will enjoy. Jacksonville is surrounded by kid friendly parks, bike trails and places to launch Kayaks. Enjoy!!!
