Welcome to "Toes In The Water", our beach home steps away from the beach w/ sound views. This updated house with open kitchen/dining/living room has 4 bdrms, 2 baths, & game room . Outdoor space includes multiple decks & screen porch. Patio has hot tub, dining table & chairs, lounge chairs, fire pit & outdoor shower. 1st level is a game room w/ ping pong, darts, & more. Includes beach cart, umbrella, 4 bikes, boogie boards, 2 person kayak, 2 paddle boards, 8ft surf board, & Level 2 EV charger.

Waterfront Home with hottub, kayak, and jon boat

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

We have 4 kids, 5 grandchildren and love N. Carolina. The people and weather drew us here. We love sharing our home with others and enhancing their vacations! Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more. Direct private beach access from the back deck.
