It’s 3rd in a row of 4 cottages street to street at 206 South Topsail Dr to 205 South Shore Dr. A convenient public beach access w bathrooms & outdoor shower are diagonally across the street. Private parking & shared shower and shed w supplied beach chairs. Easy walk to area restaurants & IGA Grocery’s (prided by the locals as best butcher around) & 24 hour pier fishing.

Come stay at the Seahorse Cottage built specifically to be a vacation rental. It has a spacious open kitchen, living room, laundry room, and master king suite on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms, a full bath, and open desk/workspace upstairs. Located in the heart of Swansboro, NC, it’s just a short walk to downtown and to the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW). The cottage has a detached two car garage and two covered porches on the front and back. It is pet-friendly with a fenced in backyard.
