Enjoy mornings on the shared porch with views of the farm, spend time with the friendly resident animals, or take a stroll to the private lake on the property where guests are welcome to enjoy catch-and-release fishing. The lake adds a peaceful, scenic backdrop and offers another relaxing way to spend time outdoors. Inside, bunk south offers all the essentials for a relaxed stay, including a comfortable sleeping area, a smart tv for streaming, and a small dining bar for easy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, cookware, dishware, and conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and starter supplies like coffee and spices. Free wifi, central air and heat, ceiling fans, linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable. Guests have access to a washer and dryer with detergent included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and hangers. The cabin is single-story with only a few steps needed to enter. The homeowner lives on-site in a separate unit and may be present during your visit, and there is another rental on the property with some shared outdoor areas. Driveway parking is provided for one vehicle. Bunk south is pet friendly with an added fee for up to two pets. Smoking, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a photo ID may be required at check-in. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Bunk south offers a peaceful retreat in a serene ranch environment, giving guests a quiet escape close to the beaches, rivers, and charming coastal towns of the treasure coast. Welkom in onze gezellige en serene hut aan het Okeechobee-meer. Bekijk prachtige zonsondergangen en boten die voorbij komen vanaf de afgeschermde veranda. De hut is gelegen aan de rand van het noordelijke deel van het meer. Dit is de enige blokhut-appartementengemeenschap in Florida. Je kunt vissen vanuit de dokken, een boot meenemen of huren en deze direct in je achtertuin parkeren. De dokken zijn wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt. De accommodatie beschikt ook over een boothelling, die voor gebruik is door alle bewoners en gasten van de gemeenschap.

Onze schilderachtige, moderne vissershut is perfect voor een klein gezin of een toevluchtsoord voor koppels. Gelegen op 22 hectare aan Lake Istokpoga aan het meer Istokpoga Marina en RV park. Je hebt onbeperkt toegang tot onze boothelling en meerdere slips voor het parkeren van boten. Lake Istokpoga is een van de laatste echt wilde meren in Florida met tonnen wilde dieren van alle soorten, enorme alligators. otters, zeearenden en zandheuvelkranen om er maar een paar te noemen. We hebben ook privé airboat tours beschikbaar op verzoek!

Deze prachtige blokhut is gebouwd op 2019. Er is veel liefde en creativiteit in het buiding proces gestoken. Mijn man en ik hebben dit huis gebouwd met de mentaliteit om het te delen met onze vrienden en gasten. De buurt is heel rustig, groen, rustiek, maar toch avontuurlijk. Begin de dag met een lekker kopje Joe/thee en eindig het met een koud brouwsel bij het vuur.
