The Camping Dutchman

Just a few hundred yards from the edge of Blackwater River State Forest, The Camping Dutchman is on one of several large wooded campsites on 14 acres of fully fenced in property. We have a gated entrance and a 1/2 mile hiking trail on property. Hosts live on front corner of the property. Destin, Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach, & Navarre are each only a 40-45 mins drive and several river accesses are < than 10 mins away, with a couple of creeks <2 miles away. A grocery store is 3 miles away.

Vacation or work at our comfortable waterfront kitchenette studio in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. The sugar white sand beaches are just a short drive away, and adventure awaits right at your doorstep on Santa Rosa Sound. Includes pool and marina! Boat slip (28 Ft) available! The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. We are real owner-hosts and strive to keep our unit spotless and well supplied for our cherished guests.

This is the place for hunters hunting blackwater! Blackwater State Forest is steps away from the camper and river, just a two minute drive down the road. The 2022 camper has new linens and pillows, super clean and stylishly decorated. The full-size bunk beds are roomy and comfortable.

Just a short stroll to the beach, enjoy the embodiment of island living in this quaint newly remodeled condo which features a unique Galanz retro refrigerator and subway tile backsplash. A Zenlike tiled surround shower with multiple shower heads can act as your refuge after a day of fun in the sun. Centrally located. It is a leisurely walk to the local bars and restaurants as well. Note: This is a second floor unit.
