Beachfront top floor unit, on a private beach, in two story building gives unobstructed sunset/ocean views. Located on soft white sand with on-site free parking. Perks of choosing this unit include gated resort with pools, beach service included (Mar.-Oct.), tennis courts, pickle ball, and par 3 golf course (included). Unit has fully functional kitchen and wifi included. Master bedroom beach/sunset views! Sleeps 4 adults with use of sofa bed in living area and additional cot-sized bunkbeds.

The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. Aquamarine w/white décor. tile floors. studio with 1 queen bed, 2 smart TVs, intercoastal waterway view, off-street parking, 24-hour security, swimming pool, picnic/bbq area, cable TV, wifi, full bath, fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, convection oven. Balcony for viewing waterfront. Viewing area for sunset. No pets allowed. No service animals allowed due to guests' allergies which can cause physical reactions. MANAGEMENT HAS NOT INSTALLED ANY CAMERAS ANYWHERE INSIDE THE CONDO.

This condo is open and airy with lots of natural lighting. Has balcony seating for those breezy summer nights. Free parking, beach chairs, and a laundry room offered inside unit. We also offer a huge weekly and monthly discount rate. No pets policy. No parties. No smoking inside unit.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Condo is located in the heart of Destin., walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and fun activities. Only 2 min driving to the beautiful Henderson Beach State Park and the June White Decker Park. The condo is completely renovated, with new furniture, appliances, floor and decoration. We left you all you need for your visit (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys).
