Overnacht in deze Yurt en geniet van de knusse sfeer. Een Yurt (of ook wel Ger genoemd) is een Mongoolse nomadentent, gemaakt van natuurlijke materialen zoals hout, schapenwol en paardenhaar. Deze Yurt is gebouwd in mei 2017. Binnenin de Yurt ben je van alle gemakken voorzien. Je vindt er onder andere een echt bed, een keuken, gasfornuis en een houtkachel. Geniet van een avondje in je eigen hot-tub met weids uitzicht over de bollenvelden. Het strand is binnen 8 minuten te bereiken met de auto.

The Yurt is perfect for a relaxing break away in the countryside, where you can really switch off. The modern yurt has a stylish, cosy interior with a comfortable double bed, all linen and towels are included as well as extra blankets, 2 single sofa beds, clothes rail and electric heating (for an extra fee of 3€ per night). There is a private covered summer kitchen including fridge, oven and stove. Outside you have seating and a picnic table. This tent benefits from use of communal wifi.

Whitetail Yurt - A Mongolian Yurt on Ulva

Whitetail Yurt is situated on the Island of Ulva - which is accessed via a small foot passenger ferry fom Mull - on a secluded plot next to Ardalum House, in an exceptionally peaceful location alongside Ulva Sound, with views of Ben Mor, the highest mountain on Mull. Ulva is rich with lush woodlands, and there are extensive moorlands to the west, with otters, red deer, seals and eagles. The geology and archeology are renowned, with walks to basalt cliffs and the Livingstone caves.

Our beautiful handmade yurt is set amongst an ancient orchard on an idyllic smallholding, nestled between the Kent Downs AONB and Kent's spectacular coastline. The smallholding itself is a perfect slice of rural Kent with free-range chickens just a stone’s throw away, you’ll soon be making some unique friends. We have such a great location, Canterbury is just 10 minutes drive away and the trendy coastal town of Whitstable can be reached within 20 minutes.

Breathe the fresh country air and enjoy the view from your luxury yurt at the edge of a field.
