Luxury villa close to Beach & Cph city center

Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

Large Villa (200sqm) 2 min walk from the beach

Perfekt boende för er som semestrande barnfamilj, såväl som för dig och ditt kompisgäng. Kör rakt in på tomten och parkera bilar (och släp). 3 minuter från strand och bad, en stor insynsskyddad trädgård och en villa som alla får gott om plats i utan att behöva trängas. Bilderna är inte helt uppdaterade efter en modernisering i de båda vardagsrummen. Huset är till skillnad från många andra ett rent turistboende vilket ger en hel del enkelhet och flexibilitet till skillnad från folks uthyrda hem.

Grand Beautiful Villa (450 m2) with 6 bedrooms 2 livingrooms, 3 bathrooms a grand activity hall/sports hall (150 m2), with tabletennis, football goals, badminton, yogamat etc. Modern kitchen, espressomaschine, all necessities. Extra beds can be made. Very large, beautiful sunny garden with outdoor 6 pers. spa (1. apr.-1. sep), barbecue and all facilities. 2 terraces. 25 min from Copenhagen by train or car. 2 minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Train station 5 minutes walk. Free parking.

Vidunderlig villa med direkte havudsigt

Drømmer du om en fantastisk solopgang, direkte udsigt over Øresund til Sverige og Tycho Brahes ø Hven - en super rummelig og familievenlig villa, beliggende med kun 25 meter til Øresunds Blå Bølger, så er du kommet præcis til dit drømme feriested. Kun 5 km. fra Helsingør med bl.a Kronborg Slot, færge til Sverige og i sommer halvåret også til Hven. Togstation bare 500 m borte med tog til København hvert 15 min., tager kun 35 min. Nærmeste mini supermarked 200 m. Der er 4 cykler til rådighed.

Trendig villa - nära havet

Varmt välkommen till denna barnvänliga villa. Huset har fina stora sociala ytor inne & ute. I trädgården finns jacuzzi, härliga loungemöbler,samt grill, pizzaugn och en wokpanna. Det finns 3 sovrum.Ett master bedroom med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med två 90 sängar samt ett rum med en 90 säng. Det finns elbilsladdare samt parkering att tillgå. Laddning av bil tillkommer kostnad. På tomten finns ett nybyggt lyxigt gästhus som man kan hyra om man önskar. Det är 10 min med cykel till stranden

Villa i trä med trädgård bredvid naturreservat

Omgiven av en vacker 3400m2 trädgård ligger denna trävilla i ett lugnt område vid Skånes västra kust med egen ingång till det angränsande Saxtorps naturreservat. Förutom närheten till natur och hav är det också det perfekta läget mellan alla större städer och sevärdheter (med bil eller tåg). Två populära vandringsleder (Skåneleden) och cykling (Sydkustleden) går precis utanför huset. Leder längs kusten är också tillgängliga till fots eller med cykel. Nära Barsebäck samt Öresunds golfbana.
