Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Generous, newly-built studio unit, in a lush garden with its own entrance off a sunny paved courtyard. A queen bed with high thread-count linen, and a tiled ensuite bathroom will help to make your stay very comfortable. There is a microwave, and tea, coffee, muesli and toast provisions for breakfast. Though set in a quiet garden, some of Auckland's most popular bars, cafes and restaurants are at the top of the street. There is parking on the street, and a convenient bus route nearby. Free wifi.

This is a self contained 1 bedroomed suite with separate entrance on the ground level of a modern home. Fitted out to a high standard with large lounge with single daybed, fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee plunger and toaster. A separate bedroom with comfortable double bed and one bathroom. Parking outside suite (no turnaround) or street. Public transport 5 minutes away or 8 minutes by car to the central city. Ferry service to the viaduct harbour, Wine Bar, cinema, and restaurants nearby.

The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child. Albany 2 bedroom courtyard retreat

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.

Palm studio,a slice of paradise in takapuna

Palm studio is a relaxed private suite within 90 seconds walk of Takapuna beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance plus supermarket and launderette close by. Queen bed with Wallace Cotton bed linen. 2m shower in the modern bathroom. Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave and tea making facilities, plus an iron. Tv screen to cast your favourite movie or series. Car parking on street, however luggage can be dropped off in driveway.

This is a 35 sqm studio/ensuite with its own separate access. It's very close to the beach and Takapuna Village where there are more than sixty cafes and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
