Oceanaire is a first class vacation home directly on the Atlantic Ocean beach near Governor's Harbour, central Eleuthera. This custom built villa underwent a total renovation inside and outside in 2019 and features two master suites with fantastic views from every room. Several beaches on the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea are within a mile, with our favorite being Rainbow Bay Beach just over ½ mile away with its’ soft sand and calm, clear water.

A free standing 1 bedroom beach side villa. Brand new build with old island charm, steps from pink sands beach and views out over the blue Bahamian waters. *Update April 23,2025 we have installed a battery backup system which can power the unit for up to 36 hours in the case of power outages. It is a seamless transition when the power goes out, it doesn't even reset the Internet modem so you'll never even know the power is out.
