Cozy Tiny Home in the Mountains with a Creek

Travelers, explorers, and nature lovers can reconnect with the outdoors at this minimalist mountain cabin. Located in Franklin, NC, the Appalachian Tiny Home (the ATH) is an ideal base camp for every adventure, and is only 20 min. from the Nantahala nat'l forest. This tiny home has its own entrance as well as a deck, fire pit and fully-stocked wood shed. The nearby spring is a short walk down the hill, and it's the perfect place for foraging and rockhounding in the gem capital of the world.

The Yurt at Frog Pond Farm

Our yurt (30' dia.) is rustic, beautiful, quiet, in deep woods with deck overlooking pond. Great for couples, small families (not childproof). Includes hot tub & Poetry Walk. Beds are futons. It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Parking and the bath-house are 2-min. walks (toilet, sink, shower). Two minutes to Saxapahaw. Read description for more info. NO PARTIES. No dogs.

This pine sided 12'x20' cabin sits on 5 manicured acres surrounded by a creek. Enjoy all the activities that Western North Carolina has to offer. This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

Quiet secluded STAYCATION w/ Fully Fenced Back Yard for the PUPS. We have a hot tub for year round use and a Stock Tank Pool (Closed until 5/23/25) . A fire pit to unwind. Back yard BBQ with a built in bar top table and a cozy Sectional to enjoy the outdoors. Inside we have an amazing plush King size mattress to take all stress away. Mountain Shack with friendly animals and a view!

Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.

Nearly new Park Model Cabin located on the banks of the Tuckasegee River, one of the best trout streams in NC! There is an easy access off Hwy. 107 S, about 5 miles from Cullowhee. It is close to many parks for hikiing and biking and lakes for boating and fishing. It has an all wood interior with a screened porch, picnic table , fire pit and charcoal grill. There is a nice walkway down to the river. Enjoy fishing, swimming and boating at this nice escape!
