Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

Bookings for Feb and March 2026 may not have balcony access, due to concrete repairs. extra low pricing due to this. Pool Is Closed. This is a true 1 bedroom King bed Airbnb. We are Ocean Front on the Top 7th floor. Plenty of room to relax and rest! One bedroom and one bathroom w/ shower/tub. One king bed where you can see the beach from bed and a Queen air mattress for use. We have kitchenette with full size refrigerator and an oven and stove. with all needs to cook and prepare meals.
