This property has a lot to offer if you would like to experience Wilmington's Downtown and Beaches but still would like to unwind somewhere a bit more peaceful. We offer a full kitchen stocked with all the utensils you may need. A Nespresso machine is available to enjoy cafe quality coffee and espresso while sitting on the covered porch or out in the garden. The gardens and outdoor seating are yours to enjoy while staying as our guests.

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our main home with private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Great biking/walking paths begin at the end of Rogersville Rd. Several bikes available for guests to use. Bike to Wrightsville Beach or shopping/restaurants. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed.

Located blocks from the waterfront - short walk to shopping and restaurants in Southport. Queen size bed, desk, coffee maker/coffee and mini refrigerator. The space has an ultra violet air purifier which keeps it safe and clean! No pets.
