Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

'Octopus Prime' is what we call this modern, remodeled oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. The beach access is literally a few steps away! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

Chic Oceanfront Condo - Top Floor - Fireplace!

'Diamond in the Reef' is a sophisticated condo that is perfect for an exclusive coastal getaway. The alluring kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. This condo has two full bathrooms and sleeps up to four by way of a king bed with additional sleeping in the living area by way of a queen-size sleeper sofa. Heads up! Construction begins August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise and on-site disruptions.
